Guy was in his car with family when a remote control machinegun in another car was used to attack his car, then an IED was used to finish him in the form if a Nissan packed with explosives.

This is definitely a criminal act :/

General say they had to talk Trump from attacked Iran, but he will provoke them enough to do some eye for an eye stuff before its over.

Imagine if a top scientist at Dupont was killed by a remote control machine gun and an IED in Cleveland somewhere.

If you are an American abroad you have a bullseye on you.

Whoever carried out this attack, be it CIA/Mossad/Saudis, the goal is crystal clear: torpedo the Iran nuclear deal, prevent it from being reenacted by a president Biden. That's also the reason why people from Biden's orbit were among the most vocal voices condemning this attack. His advisors immediately understood that this was an attack on their foreign policy plans.

It seems clear that it's Mossad. The Saudis don't have the capability to pull this off, and the CIA hasn't been active like this in a long time. They're drawing a line in the sand for the incoming administration. Iran will blame the United States indirectly for this. It would be interesting to know if the US had advance warning.

Tbh, I doubt that they would threaten their plan by sharing it with the notoriously leaky Trump admin.

But the broader point stands: this was an attack against the looming reinstatement of the nuclear deal by Biden.

the swamp getting back to usual warmongering business by ensuring hostile nations have the capability to wage war

same useless Americans who voted for this will then feign outrage or sadly even clap like seals when we escalate another useless war or troop engagement so that the politicians fan profit from increased armament sales they arraigned for

I'm not so sure about that. As long as there is no Iranian attack on American soil, I doubt that there would be much support for going to war against them. In my impression, the American public is still extremely weary of endless wars. There is very little appetite for new engagement abroad.

since when does the government care about this  even creating a light theatre of war or potential war is a meal-ticket for our government and the armaments companies

also look for those peace treaties between israel and middle east countries to be “relooked at” - cant have that says the swamp

this is happening under trump and it's perfectly consistent with his opposition to the iran deal. it's amazing how some cultists manage to delude themselves into believing this is "the swamp" doing something he would disapprove of, lol.

trump's whole anti-interventionism shtick was always just an empty promise - as basically everything he claimed he would do for the american people (like give them the best healthcare system in the world, significantly lowering their tax burden, or bring their manufacturing jobs back). he obviously doesn't really care, and he sure as hell doesn't have the brains or the work ethic to do anything about it. he knew that claiming to be against forever wars in the middle east polled well, so that's what he did. unsurprisingly to anyone who's NOT completely braindead, he didn't walk the walk. no fan fiction will be able to hide that fact.

as for the iran deal itself, something that demonstrably de-escalated a highly problematic issue in the middle east, there is exactly ONE reason he opposed it so viscerally: barack obama. trump knows it was one of his main foreign policy achievements, a cornerstone of his legacy, well received throughout the whole world, so naturally that had him triggered to no end and determined to destroy it. i don't even think that trump, even though clearly a swamp monster himself, did it primarily to please the neocons (not that they cared for the motive as long as they get what they crave) or because he secretly wants war with iran for some reason. i genuinely believe it was mostly pettiness and envy that motivated him.

doesn't mean i think this was necessarily another CIA murder, directly orchestrated by this administration. could be bibi repaying favours, a joint operation, or a number of other options - not that it really matters, as the goal of this is so obvious: undermine any chance of getting back to the negotiating table and prevent a diplomatic solution with iran.
