There are no positions available, that position is appointment by the President and confirmed by congress. If the system has any honor in it, there is absolutely no way that nomination would be confirmed.

Trump also hasn't made any moves that would suggest this, as he has consistently pressed the Election fraud issue in a manner that relates to the constitution law and procedures outlined within Federal and State Constitutional Elections guidelines and laws... The only people trying to not follow the rules of law are completely crazy people who aren't even trying to take in new information.

There is no legal requirement for a nominee to be a lawyer or member of any bar. So he wouldn't even need an honorary degree.
