BUG FIX: Heal now properly triggers if you're out of combat and cast an ability on an ally who is in combat.

Was using it on Heimer, for his turrets
but Sona seems even better
now Sona q+e also heal, as long as you toggle someone in combat with your aura
let say Teemo hit a shroom, and is incombat for 8sec, and then i spam aura on him
then i heal a ''nearby'' ally
Soraka not that good, since raka loose life from spamming short cooldown skills
Zillian bombs/speedbuff heals allies?
Does a Jayce Acceleration Gate gives multiheal when walk in and out or only ones?
