I'd like to make a mirror website on a different domain name with the same information on the new website

would like some new artwork made for home page and background

if you can help create me a website that displays my poetry in a similar fashion as my current website I would like to pay you for your help in fg

if you can't create the artwork I can hire someone else to make the pictures and you just have to put the website together for me

It should be pretty simple because all of the content has already been created
