If it's properly seasoned under the skin and not cooked to dryness then breast is superior.

But legs are easier so they probably turn out better in most turkeys

The ham I took off the smoker was better than most turkey. SO tasty. :D

There's some left if anyone would like a slice.

Two years ago we had thanksgiving with my surgeon cousin.

He went under the skin all over and smothered the bird with butter and herbs. Was damn good
