I think that the media did their job, were so divided that there arent many people that are willing to give up their beliefs. We are so separated that no one is willing to focus on the real evil. Corporations that patent seeds. Corporations that are in oil that profited from the war in Iraq and lined the wallets of congressman. Corporations that have almost no competition and that now have even less since small businesses are closing. These big corporations get to decide things and are people with power, just like people in congress. I think the system has failed us and if that is true then the voting system could of as well. As Americans we should not pride ourselves in thinking that we can are not susceptible this kind of tyrannical action. If we believe it will never happen, someone will show us it can; I think that has happened and now we might just let them get away with it.
And to outline my beliefs, I do not agree with Trump on many things, but I do like the idea of being backed by gold again, I dont like Bidens guns policies what so ever, and idk I just cant think of anything that he could do to make me like his policies nor his ideologies. I dont prefer Trump and I dont prefer Biden. Im simply stuck hoping that the issues I see get fixed, like education, welfare, the power the government has (I think they have a little too much and the congress terms should be limited), and plenty other things I cant think of on the spot. But hey, we've always been downhill, the hill is just steeper now.
