Another example where Biden trips up on words while obviously maintaining his train of thought afterwards. He gave a completely appropriate speech, including calling on Americans to take mitigation efforts.

This stuff is so silly. If you have substantive issues with his arguments, give them. Nitpicking 10 seconds of a speech is so silly.

He had two brain surgeries 30 years ago after an aneurysm. Both in 1988.
