Jesus didn't write any of the Bible, so I'm not sure why it matters what language he spoke.

The Hebrew sections of the Bible are the OT, which is all pre-Jesus. The NT is in Greek, which was written after he died.

There's a smattering of Aramaic at the end of the hebrew Bible as well.
