Other than Heal Mastery that I posted in my old guide, I will say that Intelligence is a better option in comparison. Note, I MAY update my Heavy Weapon (Solo) guide for v1.32. (MAY)

to be fair my Start with no fg guide needs a lot of work, i just posted it expecting to be able to edit it, then realised i couldnt, got annoyed and left it.

In terms of healing power, roughly how much INT is equal to how much HM?

Actually don't have a real answer since HM got nerfed awhile ago. Heal Mastery was very good, now Intelligence is just better. People did test it out ages ago also, the consensus (if I remember) was to have around the same amount of HM as Intelligence to get the best results when healing.
