Yeah pretty much. I use it on my tele cs zon only vs trappers but I don’t even know if that would be considered passive since I’m using it to actively chase them. 30k plague zons who just wsg around moor passively are the worst thing in Lld history

w/ 2x sojs and 40x scs with 12 mana you'll be fine.

15life/12manas and 3frw/12manas and a few 2str/12manas or even 5fhr/12manas.

all of the charms a sin will use have mana prefix, so you're set.

even if u mix in a few 15life/xxr res charms you're still gonna be fine.
