No Amp Dmg, Inner Sight or Weaken Charges, Proc or Skills?

No Elemental or Poison Dmg Charms, Gears, Gems, Jewels, Skills (Fists of Fire / Frozen Armor / Holy Fire / Poison Dagger / Power Strike)?

No Knockback Gear or Skills (Bash / Dragon Talon / Leap / Psychic Hammer / Smite / Telekinesis)?

No Healing Skills (Holy Bolt / Prayer)?

No Level 12's?

kb is fine unless you want kicker and smiter banned?? i dont

no healing outside of rep life this isnt wow. although i always wanted to see a healer in tvt at lvl 18 and 30 but duels last long enough lol

most of that other stuff is non-applicable. leap on lvl 9 melee?

lvl 12 chars are op now even without angelics. shiver sorc and mauler are unbeatable. my top tier chars can maybe steal one or two wins vs ones

Smite ban or I use sigons setup huhuhu

Kicker dtalon is fine for sure. Don’t do anything til reset tho because my actual 9s on nl atm are not close to what my next sac baba is gonna be

if shiver armor is banned im out sadly. unless i can reroll to frozen? idk.

my sorc is 12 (non angelics) and armor is her only real skill lol, no passives, no nothing.

last i tested with excellence's tstriker (iirc) it was fairly even. if they have ANY mdr it does zero dmg even on 0 res iirc. if they have CBF its simply an armor boost.

its basically a hard counter to jabbers, and loses or draws even to the rest. and in any case shiver/iceblast sorcs were the real cancer.

Based on some inputs the following builds should be allowed?

Barb > Bash or Sac (No Leap)
Dru > Level 12 Feral Rage or Maul (No Pets except Oak) (No Angelic's)
Nec > Poison Dagger or Sac (Cast Amp, Bone Armor and Weaken 1x per Round) (No Summons)
Pally > Sac (No Smite or Prayer)
Sin > Tiger Strike or Dragon Talon (No Psychic Hammer)
Sorc > Level 12 Shiver Armor (No Telekinesis) (No Angelic's)
Zon > Jab (Cast Inner Sight 1x per Round)

No Healing except from Rep Life?
No Amp, Inner Sight or Weaken Charges?
No Elemental Damage except Poison?

Could Barb be allowed to Level 12 for Stun? or Pally to Level 12 for Zeal?

Zeal is def bm. And def sac pally is a contender for best build.

Barb stun is interesting but again sac barb might be best build.

lvl 12 double thrower with no switch and angelics also always walk

The maul druid is OP af tbh even without oak. I think a KB jabber and a kicker can beat it and that's about it. and the jabber will have to mana pot probably.

Eledamage is fine... why wouldn't it be?

Rest looks pretty good.

Don't listen to eu people who think a ranged char is even remotely "fair"

All of these chars have heavy armors and some have heavy shields because they expect melee duels.... zzz

If anyone wants to buy my vllds:

lvl 9 kicker - 10-12k
lvl 9 life barb - 15k
lvl 12 ice blast - 10k
lvl 12 maul - 9-12k

just gave suggestion for maybe to make double throw viable maybe also read one more time
no switch mean no block
also only walk we tested that in eu and it was viable to play but in more advantage maybe for lvl12
/e ofc 3-4soxed armor or you see such a build with angelic arm ?

I know what you wrote. I took that into account and if i'm chasing a char on my lvl 9 then im towning immediately
