Dear Diary,

I turned my garage into a home gym but the ground is not level (it slopes down towards the door). I’ve been doing squats against a the slope and I think it’s not been good for my back. I need to create a platform or something :/

you can put some plates under your heels, face up the slope.

Hmm good point. I’m thinking of doing this if I can’t make myself some type of platform

Get some stall mats, plenty of things (gravel, quick cement, etc.) you can fill in to make it much more even prior to throwing them down to even it all out.

Your back is at great risk of getting injured if you're not doing it properly. An overly stretched back muscle or overload on your backbone can result in pain, maybe not at the spot, but maybe later. Move the platform onto level street in front of ur house. If ur not willing to risk it all u dont want it bad enoufg
