friend has a pc something budget he ordered prebuilt off of ***

its decent enough except has really low ram with a hard drive.

what the best easiest approach to upgrade his ram. possible to switch him to ssd? and if so is it very involved to do so or?

i have no idea exactly what he got ill have to report back on that one. could spend another 100 or up to 200 i guess for more ram
