Looking into a CPU cooler for the AMD Ryzen 9 5900X when I can order one.

Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler - $89.95

Noctua NH-U12A 60.09 CFM CPU Cooler - $99.90

Noctua NH-D14 64.95 CFM CPU Cooler - $79.95

Any1 know much about these as far as major differences?

I think the U12A is newer and may be smaller than the D15.
Pretty sure the D14 is just a smaller and slightly cheaper version of the D15.
But the D15 is supposedly insanely big and can be annoying to work with.

Also not sure if this matters as for size of cpu cooler and case, but the I plan on getting either the lian li lancool 2 mesh or phanteks p500a. Pretty sure both should be fine for any of these CPU fans.

nh-d14 nh-d15 same thing but d15 is newer/better, heatsink was made larger, gaps in heatpipes bigger (more efficient dissipation)
d15s is a "single fan" asymmetrical version of the d15 which also has better clearance for ram / mobo heatsinks etc since there's one fan in the middle of two towers
u12a is a single tower cooler
