While I do treat myself to... multiple (17x)... $200-500 1/4 scale figures figures...
I personally don't want to spend $400-500 per Nekopara figure, which is when I consider bootleg figures
I'm not very interested in most smaller scale bootlegs anymore, those are the purchases I regret
I could toss out 60-70% of my 1/8 and 1/7 bootleg figures without being bothered by it
But this honestly doesn't look that bad for a $40-50 1/4 scale bootleg (have 28 of them to compare)
Some loose fabric on the clothes than need to be dusted off, and some small damage on her hair bangs
She arrived wearing nothing~ took a few mins to get everything on, cleaned some scuffs on her body
Was likely paint transfer from her head to her back due to poor packing, based on the scuff and her hair damage
I started replacing my To Love-Ru bootlegs with legit figures, the last figure I need is Yami, but it'll cost me around $300-400
Replaced 4 bootlegs, which I ended up removing the leggings from to easily separate the legit from the bootlegs
Of the 4 bootlegs that got replaced, Mikan was the one that was the closest replica to the original
That picture was put in my bathroom to test how humidity would affect the poster based on the paper it was printed on and the frame used, so far no damage 3+ months later
