The only things impacted negatively by immigrants are previous immigrants wages, and a 1/2% long/short term drop off in wages for high school dropouts.
Everything else is a net boon statistically.

It took me far too long to realize that. It really helped when I started exchanging stories with a coworker. Their problems were infinitely worse than anything I had to put up with.
Coworker was smoking crack with his friends by 10, and saw his cousins brains splatter in a drug dispute by 12.
