I thought it was really well done.
Sometimes when you watch a film, it's hard to believe someone could be that openly racist... but then, people today, not in film, are just as openly racist.
Made me sad man.
Fucked up world we live in man.
I guess I should get around to watching this. I keep hearing one rave review after another. I've become pessimistic with practically all Netflix content. They've mastered the art of "Just Okay" in both films and shows, but things above that middle point are almost nonexistent on a site with thousands of original movies and shows. Up to the this point, the only Netflix Original I'd give a recommendation for, is The Irishman. Even worse, if I'm being honest with myself, it's easily the worst Scorsese mobster movie and one I'd only recommend to people who love that genre, as the pacing, acting and overall feel of story isn't going to be appealing enough for your anybody recommendations.
It says a lot about the overall quality of their content. I haven't seen Da 5 Bloods, which I've heard is another good film, so it's possible there are two (or three with Chicago) out of the 400+ movies they've made that are above that middle line.
