Needing a bit of help with google sheets for filtering data and logging it into my ticketing system.
I’m going to be generating a unique link that will be sent to the google sheet via an integration.
The link will look like: Examplelink . whateverdomain/12345abcd
The Examplelink . whateverdomain/ will remain static, however the unique code after the / will change with each log.
I need google sheets to remove the Examplelink . whateverdomain/ and insert the unique characters after the / into my internal ticketing systems email address
The email address would look like reply-uniquecode at Examplelink . whateverdomain
I would need the unique code put into the specific spot on the email address so that it logs my form to the correct ticket inbox.
I hope this makes sense, and if someone could help that would make my life a billion times easier. Thanks in advance
