I was a single mother and then met a man and I can tell you 100% her feelings will depend on how well your child likes you and how you are with the child. A single mom isnt dating to have fun , we date for stability and security that we aren't in this alone and hope and pray that a good man comes along to help lift burdens. if your not in it to commit to it , don't mess her mind up with hopes just cuz your needing to poke, that child is young enough to think you are dad , DAD , are you ready to be a father? dont mess that kid up making the kid think he/she has a father, thats a whole life your effecting. Being a single mother is overwhelming and difficult enough. We dont have time to play games with boys not ready to be men, if you really like her and think she is the one , go in with full intentions to stay and be a good father and treating that child like that child is yours completely. I cant stress this enough.
