Would you recon it's possible to make a proper BV Fire Assassin on a 35-40ex budget to start, and build on?

Chest - 12ex
Weapons - 1ex
Conversion gloves? - 5ex+
Helmet, maximum power charges, maximum number of seals, blade vortex duration - 8ex
Rings - 2ex
Boots, Tailwind, resistances - 1ex
Belt - Strenght, dex, life - 1.5ex
Cluster Jewels - Vast power, magnifier, 3x 30 chaos
Calamatious Visions - 48c
Glorious Vanity - 1ex

I calculated something like this. But maybe HH is crucial, or badge of the brotherhood is?

Would you recon it's possible to do on a budget?

If you go with budget, go for cold BV instead Fire. There is that one streamer Somayd which is advertising good budget 20 ex Cold BV. He have posted pob for that build also:

And no HH or Badge is not mandatory but makes build much better

Depends i suppose but if you know the mechanics well enough you can really do it on most any build.

Fire BV is not for boss killing. I play a budget version actually just including Headhunter. Maping is faster then everything i ever seen for now.
But since you have no defence layers beside your 6-7k Ehp everything that you wont oneshot can kill you easily.
Managed to kill t16 elder guardian deathless today so i guess its possibel but really not easy.

Honestly, if your looking for a cheap character that's well rounded, I suggest facebreaker impale cycloner.

playing this currently on hc seems aight

not a fast map clearer tho.. would not suggest for sc

The BV assassin is so insane map clear-wise tho. I threw around 50ex at a Cold version which is quite good. Though I am Missing some tankyness for bosses and single targets in general.

I dont know if I even want to re-level a bosskiller rn....

So this is how it looks so far - I would really love some input on how to improve besides getting HH, Badge or upping gems (if there's any??).

I am currently running the cold variant, and I feel extremely lackluster on any singletargets. But I am flying through the maps.
