well sure, because before hand he had no idea, but after he had already found out was deliberately putting his teammates at risk. Watch Roberts end up in the hospital or worse, wonder how turner would feel then knowing he potentially infected his manager because he blatantly ignored protocols.

dude likely found out a day or two before the game
from what i understand his test from the previous day was inconclusive, so they had him test again on gameday with expedited results which came in during the game.
It all seems very fishy for sure
