First, I think this is an odd situation and I wanted to ask you more active user on what the proper protocol is. I will try to present the situation without bias.

1. Gimhae and I have a 10k election bet where SheriffCool was the mediator. The terms, which specifically says no retracting, of the bet are here post #15: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=83986502&f=202&o=10

2. Gimhae is locked

3. SheriffCool sends me back fg and we have this PM exchange. I would have continued to PM this to work it out but his inbox is now full.

Anyway, I thought this was an odd situation, and I thought the purpose of a mediator was to make sure specific terms are met. In this case it was the no retract clause. I understand that SheriffCool wouldn’t want to get locked, but I don’t think he would have in this case? What do you think? What should be done now?

I was instructed to to send gimhaes gold to eerock by him. I refunded you, thats the end of the story. I don't know what you want here.

Gimhae owes fg to another user. I think it's right Shrif sends fg to a mediator who forwards it to person whom got scammed.

There was no retract, the user is locked. I couldn't send him gold if he won so I'm not medding a bet I can't pay out. Its pretty simple really.

Just be lucky you didn't send it upfront to Kimhae.
Gosh darn, this thread never had to be posted.. lol

Find someone else to bet with and move on. He welched a poker bet and sheriff sent the fg that was "his" to pay back part of that welch.
