how do you hit chain fcr breakpoint with tals? seems hard/impossible?

dont believe its possible but it doesnt matter because of cold/fire immunes

You need 117 FCR for the best reasonable BP.

Tal set bonuses: 30
Tal Orb: 20
2x fcr ring: 20
Mages or Trang’s: 20
Spirit Monarch: 35

That is 125 FCR. That gives you some room to not need a perfectly rolled Spirit Monarch.
