Besides ranger? For the IIQ the target needs to be slain while frozen. I'm about to make a IIQ farmchar on standard ps4 but even though ice shot is really good and fast ranger its glasscannon and if I die 2 times in 10min i usually turn off my ps4 making the entire iiq concept useless for me.

Any necro minion build that can freeze mobs 100%? Triad grip with 4 green sockets = all phys minion converted to cold. But does it freeze?

You can make anything you want in this game. The question is how viable is it going to be. Sure you can find spectre minions out there that do 100% cold damage and just throw hypothermia on there, allocate fingers of frost and thats pretty much it. Stack damage. The big question is it how much damage is it going to do when you min max. Path of exile has always had a huge problem with meta gaming, meaning there is such a thing as an unusable build no matter how much you pour into it while other builds can do all content on 2 exalts. Especially on console you're going to have to do your research bigtime before going for something like this.

Headhunter's is a must.
