Yes but it's pointless since you can already get might from merc. Use beast offhand instead

anyway, you can avoid all worries about off-hand and use 2-hander like ribby

or if you want dual weapons badly - get that grief+beast

For pvm 1 hander sucks. But beast would be best offhander and stormshield can be used, spirit / sop / wiz / hoto would be relevant for Funzor tele/wc/wolf stuff meanwhile wsm bugged 70 or 80 ias eth rare pb with slow beast gets the highest ias break. There are many wierd combies, none of them are rather good though xD

grief + beast is the best. You can take a look at my barb in action if you want.

Who wants a char that kills mobs 1 by 1 with not any kind of AoE or at least multitarget attacks in a game like d2 full of goups of mobs?

And it's not even good for killing single targets fast in p8 games.

As #3 and #4, shapers has stupidly huge benefit from 2h ias table.
go tomby or ribby (this is more boss/uber oriented).
if for any reason that transcends the common sense you still want to go 1h, grief + beast

2 weps for DPS
