How much have you donated to charity?
Its a net positive vs what I consume from the government. Its been $40 a week off of payroll for a few years now but it is primarily to the most local of charities, my work's employee assistance fund, which we have been making good use of during covid. I also haven't got a return since I started making real money and honestly due to Trump the past couple years are the first time I've been able to catch up on my tax bill. For example I finished paying 2017 tax bill this year :/ But I haven't had to have any multi-year tax payment plans since Trump has taken office....so thanks guys
Trump paid $750 in taxes between 2016 and 2017. My wife and I had our payroll raped these years for more than that weekly and ended up with over $2500 due still.
I've never written off things like $70,000 in hair styling in a year as a business expense, or pay my kids to be around me on the taxpayers dime as "consultants" lol.
