Before anyone suggest them, I've already tried the OP 1.00 Nec build... BG/IM with CE.

Is a Poison Nec viable? Remember, no immunities in 1.00, so I'm curious whether Poison Nova would work in Hell CS?

Might be teaming up later with a Static Sorc, so I'm also curious (for any patch) whether Poison Nec is a good combo with Static TankSorc.

I did a psn nec 91 1 month ago. It only work good in pvp...

it only works in cow games

I've done Poison Nec for 1.14 cows, I imagine it can easily tackle 1.00 cows.

Also for those who don't know you can kill the King as many times as you want in 1.00 – and he drops godly stuff.

U musa been dueling some serious newbs if psn nec worked good in pvp

According to the diablo 2 official strategy guide in 1.00 poison nova did 145-217 damage over 23.2 seconds and cost 11.7 mana at level 20

Yes, I noticed that from the tooltip too, but doesn't poison work differently in older patches? Maybe I'm wrong, but didn't that mean 145-217 per second for 23.2 seconds?

Did you consider the lower resist spell from necro? Cuz usually pvp chars have no pois res stacked ... I rem pois nec nova could drain your complete life down to zero within few seconds, then you have bonespear to finish oponent. Could be viable in team duels

Lower res skill was also banned for official tvt duels in Europe
