Is this a joke actually on "antifa is just an idea", or a joke on the people making fun of the sentence?

It is the definition of an idea.
There is no structure, no hierarchy, no leaders, no official groups. If people who want to do anti fascism, they can go do it.
It doesn't really get to be more of an idea than that.

The problem with people assuming it isn't an idea, is that it endangers the wrong people.
Which is why when a geriatric old peace activist gets knocked down and cracks his head, the president can say that he might be antifa.

I guess I would suggest not wearing black if it isn't just an idea if I were you, because the president also wants them labeled as terrorists.
