Con: You have to wind it once or twice a week.
Pro: You don't have to deal with battery change or leak, wich can destroy the whole mechanism.
I still will have to send it to service every 4-5 years for oiling, changing gaskets, switching worn gears if necessary. So, just like a car
Less accurate than a quartz watch of the same price tho. I measured mine a few times, it is around +6 seconds in 3 days, so it fells into the Chronometer category
