Hello Everyone who found a time to trying to answer for my "stupid question"

I'm doing a Barb with Double Swing as a main attack. I'm gonna use 2x grief pb and my question is how IAS will be work in this situation?
Shold I use only 40IAS grief to be on top lvl of breakpoint or IAS as grief pb it doesn't matter and could be also 30IAS?

What about the rest of items with IAS? How it will be work ?

The rest of my IAS items:
Gloves 20ias
Amu 20ias
Helm 15+15ias
belt 10 ias or another option with 0ias.
