there are some words . if you send them as private message you will get suspended for a day ( automatic suspension ) .
soo you can already do this yourself if you wanted to

I would say this is a decent suggestion if u can put the cap at 24 hours. SO u could suspend yourself say 15 minutes all the way up to 24 hours. Anything past that and you literally have bigger problems irl if you don't have enough control, although, the same thing could be said for the suggestion in the first place.

Meh on the fence either way lol. Would be a nice way to punish yourself though!!
