I have the

MSI B450-A Pro Motherboard

Looking to get

CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML120L RGB V2

2x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 V2 Red Led
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086HLNPJT/?coliid=I3PVA3T6RUMVL6&colid=1CCJXQW748AX7&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

My question is, being my motherboard only as a 12v JRGB slot on it, am I able to get a splitter (4 pin to 4pin/3pin/3pin) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F8LV1BY/?coliid=I1KR2BMUDRK1AS&colid=1CCJXQW748AX7&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Would I beable to change the AIO to red while keeping the fans at red?
I understand the AIO comes with a controller, but no way to connect fans to it from my understanding and takes a molex power.

Side question, my monitor seems to dim on dark screens and takes awhile to brighten on white screens
