I haven't used the program in a long time, but I remember that this situation did not happen before.

When I ( save to web image) it lose a lot of quality, the image looks more blurred ( ex: my signature )

I dont know if they changed somthing or I need to save the image using different way.

Thanks for the help.

Try using normal save as (not save for web) and then use https://tinypng.com/ if you need to reduce kb.

Doesn't matter which save I use , they lose quality and look different in ps.

I do a save as and still look the same as web, if i open again with ps to edit look well .

Only happens when I edit pictures , maybe can be the resize? , if i make them smaller they should have more quality not less.

To be honest all images in photoshop look a lot more HD and clearer in it. I notice my sigs all do the same, it's just part of saving it as an image file and seeing it in the original source program.

Are you using a 4k monitor by chance?

My best guess would be the place you're uploading the image to is "optimizing" the image, reducing the file size, and ultimately reducing the quality.
Most times, they will try to reduce the file size without losing quality to a certain extent, but if you're comparing to the original file and looking closely, you might see the difference.
If you're working with transparency, you might just be seeing the image against different color backgrounds, and it may not look how you expected if you only looked at it with a single background color.
Either that, or you're using bad save settings if it looks bad when you save it, before you upload it.
