Does this shit actually work?
It depends on what you wish to gain from it. Some studies are anecdotal and others aren't exactly supported by the medical community but it's apparent that various mushroom varieties contribute to immunity, cellular health, and even disease prevention. There are a lot of other ways mushrooms can contribute to overall health, including digestive health and combatting heart disease and cancer as well as restoring hormonal balance. However, I don't see mushrooms as a cure-all. And what I've FELT from consuming mushrooms is really just arguably better and more sustainable energy. But I eat a mostly plant-based diet and my energy is high in general, so I can't really claim that I've seen clear benefits from consuming mushrooms. A few studies I've read got me on their side, though. It started when I read that white mushrooms are effective vs breast cancer. It's not that I'm worried about getting breast cancer, but when simply eating something has been shown to potentially provide medicinal benefits that beat advanced medicine, you can bet that it will get my attention.
The bottom line for me is that I've seen enough to suggest that mushrooms can be extremely beneficial to overall health. Beyond that I'd just suggest checking out some articles. It's kind of like broccoli and blueberries; if you're not eating them, you're probably missing out on an easy way to lead a healthier overall life.

It's my pleasure
I'm not stuck on one brand or any particular mushrooms. I just think that they're healthy to consume.
