I think OP meant items you have, not items that 1 person got many years ago as a result of a GM accidentally putting it in the loot table for one guild clearing MC.
There are tons of other items like these, where people either got lucky through GM errors, make-a-wish, etc. Below are a few examples:

https://www.wowhead.com/item=13325/fluorescent-green-mechanostrider -- accidentally given to a player, but he was allowed to keep it. The player later tried to sell his account when he found out it had significant value with this mount, and got permanently banned as a result.
https://www.wowhead.com/item=8630/reins-of-the-bengal-tiger -- given to 1 player in patch 8.2.5 through the make-a-wish foundation.
https://www.wowhead.com/item=17/martin-fury -- this item used to kill everything in x amount of yards of the wielder. It was accidentally given to a player in wotlk and the player decided to abuse it and clear ulduar 10 man, when it was current content. Got banned as a result.
