Yea. So imagine I am going to be posting up a Long/large list of items for trade.

do you as a person browsing this list prefer to see them in an organized Text format? eg.

HEADING

item 1
stats

Item 2
stats

item 3
stats

etc.

Or do you prefer to see them in a Picture form where you have all the items and a number beside them that people can bid on? with perhaps a secondary sentence with each ending post or at the beginning if you can actually keep your editing up, to alert people which numbers have sold?

What does the community prefer?

Text based ofc, a familiar to most example: like what D3 had in AH, would be very sufficient even with popup on hover over the first columns' icon image. This way you can browse freely without having to hover over every image to see it's stats as well as have the hover image if you so wish.

= best for players. (but really best of both worlds) text is always easier to view on the eyes... look at the jsp we look at everyday! clean and simple = best

Both are sufficient. Not many people do pictures WITH numbers so I suppose text based would be easiest rather than saying "10k on level 50 axe"; vs copy and paste with offer.

I prefer text based BUT be able to put it in a "table" format. Using the "code" format takes too long to organise.

Example;

Clubs (Mule iz?)

Code
Mystical elm club Magical ironwood club Magical heartwood club ETC
Damage: 13 to 60 Level Req: 10 Level Req: 15 ETC
+40% Enhanced Effect Damage: 28 to 128 Damage: 32 to 145 ETC
+1% Armor Pierce +78% Enhanced Effect +68% Enhanced Effect ETC
+1% Heal Mastery

Would be also nice if you can "Highlight" the text in the "Table" format.

EDIT; Guess it is more like a "spreadsheet" format where the cells auto fit and you can do anything to the text within those cells

this is very very very interesting. How could I replicate this in a quick Value add format. Or did you have to type this out and Enter in a bunch of spaces to make it look relatively in line?

Basically what is bolded in addition to cut/paste appropriate line of information to the correct line.

Initially I copied the info from my profile mule *(all items and deleted the extra ones) and spent like ten minutes just to set that out to appear that way.

* = EDIT

Hai erich! I null voted. I prefer to browse a market with something other than just mutables on it, so "don't bother with market" maybe would be my opinion.

I like when people have the gear on characters

And put what type of gear is on each char.
