If you are referring to the fast cast, yes I believe it is still possible

Yes you can still roll 2/20 amulets

You have to be lucky enough to get the +10% fcr mod AND the full 10%fcr craft mod.

It is quite unlikely

Even if you get +2 skills and +10% fcr affixes (which is rare in itself), only 1/6 of them will be 2/20 ammys due to the 5-10% base fcr.

Ya, thats what actually prompted me to ask, i keed getting 2/10 pally and sorc ones! getting pretty excited

Like above said.. yes it's possible. I've rolled a couple 20 fcr in my time but nothing that became good enough to even try to use.. so +2 20 fcr even harder I'd assume. But I didn't get mules of ameth or set the bot to craft either. I'm sure you'd get something

i have rolled only 2 this ladder with 2/20 + mods and TONS of 1/20's

it requires hundreds and hundreds of rolls and your gonna get tons of plain ones. Ones with actual quality mods are extreamly expensive. 2/20/ 60 life/ +mana / str or dex / res omg expensive

use a level 94+ char gamble ur magic amulets and do some caster crafting(magic gambled amulet / magic jewel / ral / pamathest)

I rolled about 160 craft packs and only got 1x 2/20. So yeah, it is possible, just very rare as others have stated.
