He's verifying the build where the stakes are low. He can get by with lvl 29 or lvl 30 with the build I mentioned.
If he dies in SC he can tweak it and figure out what works best along with hone his skills in charging around before he takes it HC. I'm pretty sure he mentioned that at least once already in this thread. He's also aware of better options than lvl 31 req Ribcracker now.
