I cannot see the need for this it’s quite easy to get to the star page, and typically you should know if you have a new star available as stars are available at certain pricing, you can clearly track how the next tier is calculated. For example when I do star upgrades I do the exact amount I need for my next star.

This has nothing to do with the star settings page and everything to do with the page people post FG of their own for someone to donate for them. Click the link

Like the idea,but sometimes people post a lot of upgrades in a short period and with a couple thousand users possibly tracking could cause some issues,may be wrong about this though also some issues with cc payments like 10 people try to get same upgrade same time because notifications

Not only is this a very Niche market of people but that set of people more then likely have the Star Upgrade section tracked and that is better then tracking with the tool

I don't think with how efficient paypal is that it would cause any problems, but I also don't really know what system is used and how often they get manual payments. When I have completed one or two in the past it just redirects to my paypal and is almost instantaneous



That's fair I guess, but I have it bookmarked and check it frequently and I rarely get the opportunity to select one - I don't know if that is because they simply aren't common or if because they get selected by others first.

To me it seems like it would draw more donors if it was track-able with push notifications like how we track topics.
