if you dont plan to use tele or hammmers then 0fcr is enough to hit correct breakpoint

If you built a "tele smiter" type T/V build (Max Foh skills, high conv, rest smite) you would use to tele
But for Grizz you dont need

Good thing, imagine a max fcr foh lol. Would be way too op without delay.

In 1.00 foh had no delay so anyone interested? load up the version changer proggie and blast away! not that it was any good however, hammers still reigned supreme back then as the go to paladin spell
