Well, imo yes but after a while, most important thing is macro which you may dominate, you Will have to learn every champ , items etc and mail again some champs , but hardest thing is macro imo

Elo was easier back then, if you took such a long break you could hit plat.
There's lots that changed from then to now, it's also rough for adcs to climb because of so many mages now.

@bold, you're not wrong, game seemed wildly easier to climb in especially as a solo player where snowball and singlehandedly carrying was actually a thing.
my "mmr" was somewhere around diamond 3, so i like to think i was better than the average d5-d4 player but i also only really knew one lane, making me take a free loss if i got autofilled
remember when they added masters back then and everyone in d5 was losing 30 and gaining 15 per loss/win? i was still getting 25-30 and losing like 15-20
i really shoulda kept going =/ fuck anxiety

at the very least i should probably try for plat by end of this season just so i can feel better about my rank lmao. i've been semi-ironically sitting at bronze because after 5-6 years of mmr resetting placements were as if i had never played before, though i was still matched with mid-high gold players

early prio bot is very important b/c of turret plates and dragon stacking. graves not bot anymore, much better as jg. ofc being good adc will still translate well, esp. in a non-Varus meta
