The problem is, if you build it yourself you get so much more value. Not only higher performance but also higher quality parts.
At that budget you should be pushing a RX5600 or 2060. Hell some people on this forum might be able to hunt down deals with a 2070 in it, scrap a normal HDD and just run a 500GB SSD. 16GB G skill RAM, a coolermaster 212 heatsink is still king of the budget builds. Probably a Ryzen 5 3600 or something, a motherboard to match and some halfway decent 650watt power supply. Any mid tower case with decent airflow and maybe a few 8 dollar fans.
That prebuilt is running significantly worse, IMO.
So its hard to suggest that people toss money away when everyone here probably easily builds PC's. Again watch a youtube video, you will be telling yourself it looks easy.
