There is a point when it's obviously a time to blame the coach, not many times, but this is one.
If we were talking 3 blown 3-1 leads with the same team? That would be different... but we in the space where there is something wrong with the adjustments and staff. If you have to blow shit up, change your entire lineup and positions, in game adjustments you normally wouldn't do? Then do it... but you must do something.
