it's total exp gained so level does not matter
only exception to this is when you have 200m exp, it doesn't count against you for not gaining exp since it isn't possible lol

2327 kc at wt, and I estimate around 5100 lootrolls. That's 99.39% chance to get Tome of Fire, which I have not gotten >.< Getting bored

that's just how it goes sometimes, i have a friend who got farming, runecrafting, and agility pets all sub level 50
and i'm 80+ is all of them and have no pets at all

All we gotta do is to grind I'm 21m rc, 22m fish and 18.6m mining, and actively hunting all of them. They'll come eventually ^^ Got the agility pet though. It's awesome. Best skilling pet imo, so keep hunting
