When I log in I get the Server Transfer Notice but when I click apply it doesnt open into any browser

Which windows you have. I hear that’s an issue. Also if you don’t have Internet explorer then that’s why. Game uses IE for pop ups.

I have windows 10 and IE is gone so thats probably why, what version should I download?

That I have no idea. Probably just latest would be my guess but no clue for 100% sure
