Budget: 1500-2500 (including 3080, ideally want the budget to land around 2k but by all means hit me with whatever)
More specific use (what games, what programs): valorant, wow classic/shadowlands, ow2, dota2, sc2
Planned time until purchase: 2-3 weeks? Grabbing the 3080 or the 3090
Do you need an Operating System?: nope
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Intel preferred w/ OC capabilities
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: on board sound is fine as long as it isn't complete garbage, nn wireless
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Water cooling H100i or whatever similar or best
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: nope
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): NYC (local microcenter 5 minutes away)

Haven't kept up with new tech in the last few years so not entirely certain what is best, I plan on purchasing the RTX 3080 upon release and perhaps upgrading to the 3090 so feel free to give me partpicker list with the price of the 3080.

M2 is a requirement for me, 2nd SSD as well unless a second m2 is recommended (doesn't really matter to me personally but 1 M2 is desired)
Intel chips are ideal for me since I've only ever used intel chips however AMD chip will be fine if you can show me it's better than i'm more than willing to be flexible
Rather not spend too much on a flashy case, something with good airflow and easily manageable would be best. Do not need RGB nonsense

Will be upgrading from this except upgrading my memory/gfx card since that post to 2x 980ti's: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/wzd6Mp
Will dn8 to whoever helps me out here <3

Thanks guys :D

i do like this priceline better especially if i upgrade to the 3090 instead, however is there a reason why you chose the intel m2 instead of the samsung one? Honestly unsure if they are that different or not. I was also looking at the elite version of the mobo as well since i don't need the wifi so that shaves like $100 off it lol

I found a price for the one you listed in the previous one wasn't an issue, found most of the parts you listed @ microcenter as well so was considering that as well :) came out about $200 cheaper going through microcenter too ^^

.
The reason is cause 1 it doesn't really matter and 2 cause you don't need a m.2 and a 2.5 when you can get 1x m.2.
