I haven't voted... basically questioning what the initial question is, it is the Guild Owner to give rights to the Ranks that Guild Owner believes to be capable of doing without fucking it up for the guild etc.
So, does the Rank 2 have the same rights to do the same as the Guild Owner? What if you are AWOL for like 6 months... shit 18 or more then come back and a whole lot of nobodies got the same rights?
Basically... you go AWOL for any real life reason like 6 months in hospital after a car/plane accident and can NOT get online, maybe you are in a comer? You come back and your Right hand person gave the same rights to the plebs etc.
I am guessing at this point that sledgehammer bashing a brick wall is now rebounding on your skull.
