when im listening to 4k Movie in my Xbox one X
I see like blurry around action scene
exemple : in End games avengers , when there's alors of things moving fast , seems blurry around character..

so maybe its because my HDMI cable isnt 4k ?

Or do you know any others reasons it would do that ?

Could be just bad motion blur but..

Check to make sure your cable is at least HDMI 2.0 compliant or higher.
Also make sure the signal isn't an up scaled 1080p or 2k cause that will make it blurry.

Also the xbox one GPU really isn't capable of outputting 4k either. Its old tech designed for the 1080p golden days
You might get 4k 30hz at max but even then its bad hardware for todays standards

even its the Xbox one X one ? , i run cod in 4k

Is it just if you stream oder even watching 4k blurays?
Maybe check out the options on the player installed on your Xbox.

And did you check out your sound options? maybe there's something wrong

go figure buy all top of line stuff and still have problems

Sounds like a slow internet connection if your streaming
Also maybe set tv to 60hz to match xbox output may help
