Finished my 96 hour fast with some bk and I unsurprisingly feel unwell yolo

note* i felt fine fasting, breaking the fast with burger king was the mistake

hit a patch of ice driving my truck around a bend on a big ol hill, would've been a prime opportunity to die but unfortunately I regained control and am now at work. Tough times.

Havent had a alcohol since around new years until a day ago or so when I bought some beers. Was ok, can't say I really missed it though
