what do i use, what items do i take?

im currently using BA botd/BA LW
Enigma
Stealskull
FCr amulet with AR, FCR/AR/MF ring perf nagel
chance perf goldwarp with double ali baba switch

but my barb keeps dying..

there's no better weapon than grief pb + grief pb, use string of ear belt and might merc

really?
I've read some JSP guide saying lw ba/botd ba...

I feel like using PB' would also enable me killing bosses with the ali baba switch no?

A barb dying in travincall? My merc can kill them in p8.

I use Frenzy - axe mastery - skills in bo - 1 each in iron skin/natural talent
Stealskull , LW BA / botd BA
enigma , Fcr res amulet craft with dex/str
good fcr ring with 110x ar all res, MF
chance guards and goldbelt
random boots (have no other)
inventory gheeds, annie, torch, lots of mf/res scs :/

A1 Merc with Faith bow, treachery and giantr skull

You should start with two grief phase blades. That's the biggest mistake you are making.

Next, another thing, having mf is good, but it's better to kill faster having less mf. I would change your helm for guillaumes and your gloves for laying of hands. Use wartraveler if your want mf, or gore riders if you want to have more damage. I also would change your belt for a string of ears and your amulet for highlords, as the mate above us said.

do you sell those blades maybe?
